Our purpose

That a small organisation can operate and decide with the tools of a large one: systems of its own and serious analysis for allocating its resources, without paying like a corporation or waiting half a year.

Vision

To be, by 2030, the studio people turn to for two concrete questions: how do I organise my operation and where do I put my resources. With Andamio as a recognised standard for digitising small businesses, and with an analytical method known for always stating how much error it carries.

Mission

To design, build and implement custom management systems on Andamio, and to build the layer that goes from scattered data to a decision. In both cases: in weeks rather than months, with scope and price written down before we start, and leaving the client able to run what we built on their own.

How we work

Our values

Not a poster on a wall: these are the criteria we make decisions by on every project.

Value

Closeness

We speak the language of your business, not of systems. We stay available, and we train the people who will use what we build.

Value

Speed with judgement

We ship fast thanks to Andamio and AI-assisted development, without trading away soundness or security.

Value

Honesty and transparency

Scope, price and terms clear from day one. No fine print, no surprises halfway through.

Value

Traceability

Every number says where it came from and how much error it carries. An official figure, a derived calculation, an assumption and an estimate are not the same thing, and they get labelled differently. A number without its uncertainty is an opinion with decimals.

Value

Client autonomy

What we build stays in your hands, documented and operable without us. A tool only its builder understands is a dependency, not an asset.

Value

Continuous improvement

Every project strengthens the platform and the team's knowledge; what we learn with one client benefits the next.

Value

Long-term commitment

We're after lasting relationships built on results, not one-off sales.

The team

Founding partners

FreeMinds started between brothers. Each line of work has an owner, but all three of us work on every project: the person who takes your call is the person who builds it, and the person who builds it is the one who supports it.
