How the «after» works
The system doesn't end the day it goes live. The monthly retainer is what keeps it alive, updated and looked after.

On pricing: we don't publish figures because they depend on the real scope of each system. Write to us and we'll send a firm number for your case, no commitment.
How the investment is structured
No fine print. Two items, plus a third that only appears if you ask for it.
1 · Setup fee (one-off)
Covers building and implementing the system: the agreed modules, domain registration, hosting setup, deployment and initial training for your team. Paid at the start so work can begin.
2 · Monthly retainer
Starts when the system goes live. Covers support, maintenance, hosting and the day-to-day minor adjustments. No minimum term: cancellable with 30 days' notice.
3 · Larger development (only if you ask)
New features or modules outside the agreed scope. Estimated by the hour, quoted to you, and only built once approved. It never appears on an invoice without your sign-off.
Frequently asked
What people ask most
Why aren't prices published?
Because the price depends on how many modules are in scope, how particular your operation is, and how much integration you need. We'd rather look at your case and give you a firm number than publish a «starting from» that won't resemble your invoice. Write to us — a short call is enough to quote.
How is the investment structured?
Two things. A one-off setup fee covering the build, domain registration, hosting, deployment and training. And a monthly retainer, starting when the system goes live, covering support, maintenance, hosting and minor adjustments. Larger development outside the agreed scope is estimated and approved separately.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The retainer can be cancelled by either side with 30 days' notice. We'd rather you stay because the service is worth it than because you signed something that ties you in.
What counts as a «minor adjustment»?
Small day-to-day changes: moving a button, adjusting a label, fixing the format of a listing. New features or additional modules are larger development: we estimate them, send you the number, and only build once you approve.
Do I own the system?
You receive a licence to use the system built for your business. The base platform, Andamio, is owned by FreeMinds — that's what lets us deliver in weeks at this cost instead of writing everything from an empty repository.
How does billing work from abroad?
We invoice in USD as an export of services, which is a standard, well-established route from Argentina. No intermediaries and no shell company: you receive a regular invoice and pay by bank transfer or the method we agree.
Can I start on one plan and change later?
Yes, that's the idea. Many start with one module and add others once the first is bedded in. The plan adjusts as the system grows.
